The PN400 offers advanced phase noise and VCO testing, source characterization, system-level debugging, and full-spectrum analysis capabilities. To operate, it requires a PN400 Phase Noise & VCO Tester, an Advanced Phase Noise Test Tool Kit license, and two SM-series spectrum analyzers (SM200 or SM435), unless already owned.
