Ceyear 1466 series signal generator coaxial output frequency covers 6kHz to 110GHz, at the same time, it has high-precision large dynamic range amplitude control which can provide excellent power accuracy and stability. Ceyear 1466 series siganl generator supports external Ceyear 8240X series signal source extender which can further expand the frequency to 750GHz. It is a powerful tool for efficient millimeter-wave 5G communication RF conformance testing.
