• Multifunction, high-precision and high-stability on-site process calibrator provides powerful measurement and output functions as well as special functions, which can meet almost all the calibration work in the process control on site.
• Basic characteristics of input measurement: The maximum measurement accuracy is 0.01%, and the measurement display is 5 digits. Measurement functions include: DC voltage, DC current, resistance, thermocouple, thermal resistance, frequency, pulse count, switching value, pressure, pressure leakage, etc. It can measure resistance and thermal resistance of two-wire system, three-wire system and four-wire system. The fast response switch test allows capturing the process parameters when the switch acts. Mathematical processing functions: data retention, zeroing, proportion, average value, maximum/minimum value, etc. Internal 24V loop power supply and measurement of loop current, built-in optional 250Ω HART loop resistance and loop power supply, easy-to-use HART communication equipment without carrying load resistance and power supply.
• Basic characteristics of analog output: The maximum output accuracy is 0.01%, and the output display is 6 bits. Output functions include: DC voltage, DC current, analog resistance, thermocouple, thermal resistance, analog transmitter output, frequency, pulse count, switching value, pressure output, etc. The output can be increased or decreased, and the output can be switched on or off, so the operation is simple and fast. DCI output can provide manual step, automatic step and automatic ramp output. 24V loop power supply is provided internally.
• The measurement and output are two mutually independent isolated channels. The measurement and output work can be carried out synchronously, and the input measured value and output set value can be displayed at the same time.
• Through the serial RS-232 interface (LEMO socket), the Company’s VPM-S series digital pressure module is externally connected to complete the pressure calibration. The pressure module has a variety of varieties and range specifications to meet any pressure measurement application. The basic accuracy of the pressure module reaches 0.05%, and many different pressure units can be set in the pressure calibration.
• It provides a variety of optional temperature divisions. Built-in high-precision temperature sensor, with high-precision thermocouple cold end compensation function, thermocouple cold end compensation can be connected or disconnected.
• Instrument PC online communication function
  • The instrument provides online communication with the user's upper PC in two ways: upper working software and communication protocol command.
  • Infrared isolation serial communication module compatible with USB interface can be used to communicate with PC.
• The instrument has a built-in large-capacity data memory, which can store up to 1,000 (groups) of on-site verification data. The recorded data can be read on the machine or transmitted to the user’s upper PC.
• The up, down, left and right keys can be used to increase or decrease the set value, making the operation of the instrument flexible, convenient and fast.
• 3.2-inch TFT display screen supports multiple data display and intuitive user interface.
• Other functions: Automatic power off, battery power detection, automatic backlight off, backlight brightness setting, date and time display and setting, ambient temperature detection, power frequency setting, etc.
• Two power supply modes: The instrument can be powered by four No. 5 alkaline batteries in the battery compartment or by using a power adapter.
