The Siglent CP6500 Current Probe is the ideal measuring device for high frequencies. It can operate in the frequency range up to 5 MHz. The current probe has two settings. In the first one it can measure maximum currents up to 75 A and in the second one it has a maximum of 500 A. Both settings have a accuracy of 1%.
